The Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor is compatible with Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa, allowing you to create your ideal smart home lifestyle by connecting it with countless smart devices. It requires a secured 2.4 gigahertz Wi-Fi network connection for Hub M2/ M1S/ E1/M1S Gen2 and Camera Hub G2H Pro/ G2H, and 2.4/ 5 GHz Wi-Fi for Camera Hub G3.

The sensor offers real-time data tracking, and an alert notification will be sent to your phone when abnormal environmental conditions are detected. When used in conjunction with a smart plug and humidifier, the sensor can automatically adjust the indoor humidity level, providing a comfortable and energy-efficient living environment.

Aqara's Temperature and Humidity Sensor utilizes an industrial-grade sensor from the industry-renowned Sensirion company, ensuring high-accuracy humidity detection (±3%) and temperature detection (±0.3℃). The production process is strictly supervised to maintain the sensor's superior quality.

To ensure a sturdy connection and accurate data transmission, the Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor should be placed within 400 inches of the Aqara Zigbee hub, and the hub should be within the same range from the Wi-Fi router. Additionally, the hub and router must be on the same local area network (LAN).

The Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor offers remote monitoring and home automation capabilities. When the room temperature reaches a certain threshold, the sensor can send a push alert to your phone or trigger the Aqara Hub's night light. Furthermore, the sensor can control other connected devices, such as an Aqara Smart Plug, to maintain a constant level of comfort for you and your family.

It's important to note that the Aqara Temperature Sensor should be avoided in environments with extreme temperatures, such as inside a refrigerator. Additionally, before using the device, make sure to pull the plastic battery tab out and long-press the reset button to start it. If the device disconnects, ensure the battery has power; if not, rotate the temperature sensor to remove the battery cover and replace the battery.
